Spring Newsletter

Welcome to Novel Eye Care’s Spring NewsLetter!

April is Women’s Eye Health Month. Since we are a female owned business, we care a lot about women’s eye health here at Novel Eye Care. When it comes to eye health, the number one eye disease that women are more at risk for is dry eye. Dry eye is more common in women because of hormonal changes such as going on birth control, menopause, and pregnancy. Environmental and autoimmune diseases can also play a big part in women’s dry eye. Women are also more at risk for macular degeneration, glaucoma, and cataracts as they age. Getting routine screenings for eye health can play an important role in early intervention of eye diseases.

This April, Novel Eye Care is celebrating being open for eight months. As a new practice, we strive to provide quality of care and a safe, comfortable environment for patients receiving their eye care. We always love feedback on how we can serve our customers and community better.

Also, this month,we are supporting an art show Euphoria I Chauvet Arts by Carlos Gamez de Francisc

We are currently loving this painting Forty Shades of Sunlight. The exhibit features Victorian era styled women wearing multiple pairs of modern day sunglasses.

The exhibit runs until June, where you can see our frames and books on display.

Spring is a time for planting and  in our efforts to continue to be green and sustainable,  we have planted two new small trees, sunflowers, and zinnias around the mural on the side of our building. They should be in bloom by late June, early July.

Looking forward to May, we are welcoming ESPE aesthetics to our office space. Danielle Wise, NP will be offering Botox, microdermabrasion, and lip filler in her own space in the office. We are having a welcoming event on May 31st as a summer kick off party.

You can RSVP to the link below.
